About the Working at the Intersections Symposium Series

Opportunities Reimagined is the AIR Equity Initiative’s second annual public symposium. With a different focus each year, the series brings together diverse voices to discuss cross-sectoral strategies for addressing the harms of segregation by race and place. This year, as we explore the systemic causes of educational inequity, we will consider the neighborhoods and communities in which children grow up, their access to safe and affordable housing and transportation, and their pathways to economic opportunity.

About the AIR Equity Initiative

The AIR Equity Initiative is a $100M+ investment in research, technical assistance, and partnerships by the American Institutes for Research (AIR) to address the underlying causes of systemic inequities and explore possible solutions. For more information, visit www.air.org/equity.
