🌿 By Popular Demand: Operation Vitality Workshops Return to Worcester 🌿After strong participation and positive feedback from Veterans last year, Project New Hope Inc. is proud to welcome back Operation Vitality Workshops at our Worcester Office.
Each gathering begins with our Veterans Coffee Social from 8:30–9:30 AM, creating a relaxed, welcoming space for Veterans to connect, enjoy coffee, and build community.
Immediately following the Coffee Social, Operation Vitality Workshops continue our commitment to Veteran wellness by focusing on brain health, overall well-being, and practical daily habits. Sessions explore simple foods, evidence-informed supplements, and everyday activities that support memory, focus, and long-term brain health—all in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
