Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Great Gatsby” in true 1920s fashion. RSVP here: https://www.theworldwar.org/operation-seriesThe romantic yet tragic story of Major Jay Gatsby, veiled by the shadow of the Great War, continues to charm readers decades after Prohibition. We will be joined by special guest, Maureen Corrigan, NPR book critic and author of “So We Read On: How The Great Gatsby Came to Be and Why It Endures,”to examine the novel’s steadfast allure across generations.
