SHOEBOXES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE TABLE IN THE FAMILY LIFE CENTER AS WELL AS IN THE NARTHEX OF THE SANCTUARY
COLLECTION: November 17
Once again it is time for the outreach of Operation Christmas Child, the shoe box ministry of Samaritan’s Purse. This ministry has touched the lives of millions of children with God’s love in cities and villages all around the world. The shoe boxes are the only Christmas presents many of the children will receive. If you and your family would like to participate in this ministry, there will be three different options to do so this year:
1. If you are attending in-person worship you can bring the filled boxes to worship service.
2. For who prefer, Samaritan's Purse now has the ability to purchase and fill your shoebox(es) online!
For those of you who attend worship in person, the boxes and brochures will be available on the table in the Family Life Center. The brochure includes a label and envelope that you will need for your box. Please plan to bring your filled shoe boxes back to church on November 17. You can bring them into the Family Life Center.
SHOEBOXES ARE DUE BACK ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 17TH
The NEW way of participating in this wonderful ministry, is to do EVERYTHING on line. For those who prefer, you can purchase your shoebox online and fill it with items of your choice for $25. Just click on the link below and go through the requested steps. Please do use this link as it is connected to Hereford Faith and Life Church's Goal Page that has been set up to keep track of our online shoeboxes. The online purchased shoeboxes can then be added to the shoeboxes collected in person for our final total.
