Operation Christmas Child is a ministry of Samaritan's Purse. All over the world, shoeboxes are filled with toys, personal care items, school items and more to be distributed by local churches to children in 100 nations; many of them very poor.You're invited to come and help pack shoeboxes. All of the items to go into the boxes are provided. The goal is to pack 1,500 boxes.
Soup and salad will be provided and there will be a bake sale with all proceeds going towards the cost of shipping the boxes ($10 each). Donations will also be accepted to go towards shipping costs.
All ages are welcome. Stay as long as you can to help out.
