Come pack Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes with us at the Look Up Center! Everything will be set up on tables with the donations we have received this year. We need you to fill the boxes full of wonderful items to bless the heart of a child. You are welcome to fill as many boxes as you would like. The event is come and go as you please and welcome to all ages as long as supervised by designated adult. This is our fifth year partnering with the amazing volunteers who organize a packing party for the community at the YMCA every year. We have packed hundreds of boxes every year. Boxes will be provided if needed, but feel free to bring your own if you have them. There will be volunteers helping to guide the process for those who need it. If you plan to come, you can always personalize your boxes by adding cards, letters, homemade crafts, email addresses, and/or photos.
You are welcome to bring donations or your personal box items & finish filling in your boxes with the items on the tables. All boxes will be transported to the YMCA right after the packing party.
If you can’t make it, but still want to donate please DM me. I could really use some help so if you would like to volunteer with set up, process, loading, transport, or tear down please DM me!
And most importantly please pray for the success and blessing of this event as it has the potential to be life changing for so many, including you!! This is geared for homeschoolers but anyone is welcome!
