Operation Antifragile is honored to invite you to our First Wellness Retreat. This is a three-day, two-night experience designed exclusively for those who have served on the frontlines.This retreat is about more than just rest. It’s about building resilience, healing, and reconnecting within yourself, with others who understand your journey, and with nature.
What to Expect
Strength Training, Mobility Workshops, and Nutrition Guidance – Learn practical tools to move better, feel stronger, and reduce pain.
Breathwork & Nervous System Reset – Techniques to calm stress and improve resilience.
Mindset & Mental Resilience Sessions – Strategies to strengthen the mind as much as the body.
Special Guests, Community & Connection – We will have specialists presenting over various health and wellness topics. You will have time to share, reflect, and support one another in a safe, supportive environment.
Closing Brunch – On Sunday, spouses are invited to join us in celebration and connection.

Retreat Cost: $250 per participant
Sponsored Spots: 5–10 spots available for veterans (pending fundraising)
Estimated Attendance: Limited to 30 participants for an intimate and impactful experience

Note: For participants only (no children). Spouses welcome for Sunday brunch & closing ceremony.
