Opera! Pike! Park! 2025
Come join us for the 6th annual free Opera in the Park event, in the heart of Ann Street Park, produced by Pike Opera. Talented performers--including returning artists Emily Margevich (OperaDelaware), Luke Novell and Cumhur Gorgun (both from the Academy of Vocal Arts)--promise to transport us to a world of music and drama in a glorious outdoor setting with hundreds of our neighbors.
Arrive early, bring a picnic blanket and your favorite snacks, and be ready to enjoy popular arias, Broadway showtunes and a charming and heartwarming performance by children recruited from the audience.
Opera in the Park is a special once-a-year event, when our entire town comes together and shares a cultural experience that elevates our hearts, revives our spirit and unifies our community.
