Full agenda to come soon, but expect panels to discuss:

Nebraska’s Youth - what do young people want to see in their state in order to make it an attractive place to live, work and play? How can the state align investments to support our future workforce and community leaders?

Healthy, Thriving Nebraskans - what are some of the pressing health issues facing Nebraskans, and how can we build infrastructure that promotes healthy people and communities? How can we respond to health challenges among our neighbors?

Pride of Place - whether you live in an urban neighborhood or a rural town, having a place to call home that instills pride is a hallmark of Nebraska life. Hear from those who have worked tirelessly to promote thriving neighborhoods, communities and spaces across the state.

What’s Next? - get inside the mind of current elected officials on how their budget comes together, how they balance needs vs. wants, and how Nebraskans can most impactfully engage in the budgeting process.

Additionally, hear short Budget Brief conversations and explore what a budget would look like if it were built specifically with a subset of our neighbors in mind. For instance, what are the unique opportunities to invest in Nebraska’s children? What do working people need to thrive in Nebraska? How can investments in the arts enhance our communities?
