ALL Bookings for 2025 will be done via application through our website.
You will need to fill in a application form.
Upload your insurance documents.
Food hygiene rateing (if applicable)
4 photos of the main product you sell.
(If you do not list an item on the booking form and put it on your stall, we have another vendor booked selling that item you will be asked to remove it from sale or cease trading and no refund given)
Payment
Via a secure payment link on our website.
6ft spaces are £20 or
6ft spaces with donation £15
Refunds..
There will be NO refunds given unless Raggy Doll Events cancels the event.
All payments are none refundable.
Full terms and conditions will be on our website for you to read and sign at time of application.
If your application is successful you will be sent a payment link for immediate payment.
No payment no booking confirmation after 24hrs your place will be void and offered to next person.
All Raggy Doll Events for 2025 will be supporting the following charities / good causes.
Liverpool Alder Hey Childrens Hospital.
Kallums Rainbow
Friends of Firs Park
Raggy Doll Events (aiming for charity status by 2026)
All lowton events are inside during wet season and may have limited outside in summer season.
All tables will be allocated at time of confirmation and a site map and table placement will be on display.
Max 25 stalls at this venue.
