Embark on an enchanting musical voyage as the CSO opens the 24-25 Season under the baton of Music Director Designate Ilya Ram. Acclaimed pianist Steven Beck will join the CSO on stage to celebrate this monumental event. From Rachmaninoff’s Paganini Variations to Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite, this spellbinding concert will transport you to new heights as the CSO soars into a new era of Artistic Leadership.

-Hear music by local composer Matthew Kimbley. Matthew is currently a double major in Music Theory/Literature and Piano Performance at Southern Adventist University.
Join special guest presenters for an engaging and enlightening post-concert lecture in Memorial Auditorium as we explore spotlight topics and take questions related to the night’s performance!
Spotlight Talk presenters for this performance include Ilya Ram (CSO Music Director), Steven Beck (piano soloist), Matthew Kimbley (composer), and Josh Holritz (CSO Associate Concertmaster).
