About this Event
We welcome you to join us for our 18th OpenApply Admissions Conference, which will be held at the Vienna International School on 19 & 20 April, 2024.
The rapid evolution of digital tools within (as well as beyond) the education sector is driving many international and independent schools to become early adopters of emerging technologies. Admissions, marketing and advancement professionals are leveraging robust analytics, artificial intelligence and process automation to gain a competitive edge, while freeing up time to prioritise human relationships and provide a more personalised family experience. Join us as we explore current best practices while also looking at new opportunities for efficiency optimisation, brand building and growth.
Since 2013, OpenApply has been working to fill the professional development gap in the admissions world in preparation for these increasing challenges. We are excited to return for our 6th Admissions Conference in Europe!
The conference will focus on Admissions, Adaptation and Automation, and will encompass:
- Maximising efficiency and prioritising an effective family experience.
- Engaging with your alumni network to enhance recruitment efforts, raise funds, and foster a strong sense of community.
- Using AI and automation to support your admissions, marketing and advancement teams.

Speakers will receive:
- Free registration to the conference and networking events.
- An extra registration for a colleague.

Proposals will be accepted until 16 February, 2024
Conference Schedule
The conference sessions consist of PD sessions delivered by admissions, marketing and advancement professionals from the community and OpenApply workshops delivered by our team. We will start each day around 8:30am and end around 4:40pm, with a happy hour on Friday evening.
