Keizan Kept the Flame Alive

Keizan Zenji, one of the two founders of our Soto Zen tradition, kept this lineage alive through his openness to many forms and his belief that enlightenment is available to everyone, no matter what their class or gender or whether they are lay or ordained.
I’ll show some photos of Japan, tell stories of how the Sojiji Temple came to be, and reflect on Keizan’s legacy and what it might open up for us as we practice attaining the Great Way. See you soon.
Bowing, Taizan
