Join Mark Jasso, a certified 200-hour Kripalu YTT instructor, for an energizing hour of warm-ups, breathwork, poses, and mindfulness—all in the laid-back, hop-filled atmosphere of Ope! Brewing Co. in West Allis, WI.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or can’t touch your toes (yet), all are welcome. After we flow on the mat, let the beer flow too—with a refreshing pint (or other beverage) included in your ticket.
