Join us for an exclusive Open Water Swimming Skills session at Penrith International Regatta Centre, aimed at boosting your confidence and performance in the water.This is a great session to do in preparation for the upcoming Western Sydney 70.3 Ironman race in September 2025.
We will also work on your open water swimming skills, bunch swimming and race tactics in open water/pack swimming situations. There will be a structured session along with free swim time to work on distance & open water swimming.
These sessions are perfect for those racing any triathlon or the Western Sydney 70.3 Ironman or Sprint distance races, as we will cover putting on a wetsuit, swim starts, techniques to calm nerves, sighting, turning buoys, etc.
