Join us for an exclusive Open Water Swimming Skills session at Penrith International Regatta Centre, aimed at boosting your confidence and performance in the water.This is a great session to do in preparation for upcoming Nepean Triathlon and Ironman Port Macquarie & 70.3.
We will also work on your open water swimming skills, bunch swimming and race tactics in open water/pack swimming situations. There will be a structured session along with free swim time to work on distance & open water swimming.
These sessions are perfect for those racing Nepean Triathlon or Ironman Australia, as we will cover putting on a wetsuit, swim starts, techniques to calm nerves, sighting, turning boys, etc.
