The Busselton Masters Swimming Club is delighted to invite you to our inaugural Coach the Coaches Professional Development workshop. This initiative is open to all current swimming coaches and program leaders across the South-West.
This initiative is proudly supported by the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Support, offering a rare opportunity to learn from some of the region’s most experienced coaches and athletes.

Step into the world of world-class open-water expertise and local coaching excellence.
Kyle Lee, Olympic open-water swimmer, will share his insights on training, mindset, and performance in open-water environments.
Andrew Sexton, ASCTA Advanced Level coach, will focus on practical drills, coaching strategies, and adapting sessions for South-West conditions.
Julie O’Connor, experienced coach and educator, will give a concise presentation on endurance training principles and physiology for swimmers.
Together, they’ll lead a dynamic, hands-on clinic designed to equip you with new techniques, drills, and coaching perspectives to bring back to your club. The morning will conclude with a practical in-water session to apply key learnings, ensuring a highly practical and beneficial experience.
