The workshops will combine music therapy - mindfulness with singing and voice emission.
The workshop will allow you to get in touch with your inner child and wll help you to open up your voice and release emotions.
You don't need any previous singing experience or special skills. It's enough that you like to sing.
You will relax get away from everyday life and feel lighter by expressing your emotions and releasing yourself from tensions and shame.
The workshops will provide a friendly and safe space without judgement for experimenting with your voice and making mistakes.
You will learn healthy breathing which especially nowadays is an excellent lung prevention.
Moreover this workshop teaches and helps in:
- the practice of mindfulness
- increasing focus
- work on the awareness of the body thoughts and breath
- loosening up and relaxing.
- expressing emotions both positive and negative
- work on mental blocks
- expressing what is difficult to express in words
