About this Event

Improv + Yoga is a lighthearted and welcoming class designed to encourage self-expression and connection. No prior experience is necessary! This unique experience blends playful improv games with gentle yoga poses and intentional rest, allowing participants to explore creativity and mindful movement in ways that feel best for them.

  1. Registration Reminder: If you are bringing a support person or caregiver, please ensure you register for two tickets—one for yourself and one for your support person.

What to Expect: This class is a 40-minute experience divided into two parts:


  • A 20-minute social connection session, where participants engage in fun and supportive improv games, led by Colton.
  • A 20-minute relaxing movement break, featuring a few yoga poses to support mindfulness and relaxation, led by Emily.

Through guided activities and a supportive community, Yoga + Improv fosters self-exploration, creativity, and personal growth.

Accessibility & Support:Open Up classes are designed to be accessible to people with and without disabilities—everyone is welcome! Our facilitators create a supportive, sensory-inclusive environment and work to meet the unique needs of each participant. If you have a specific support need or any questions, please reach out at [email protected].

Additional Information:This is a shared, welcoming space. Some participants may make sudden movements or sounds as they engage in class—this is part of our inclusive environment. Feel free to bring your own headphones if needed. A relaxation space is also available. We provide mats and supportive props, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Instructors: Colton & Emily

Age Requirement: Suitable for ages 5+ (youth must be accompanied by an adult).


  • All new participants will be asked to sign a waiver, studio agreements and optional photo release upon arrival at the first class. You can read the terms here.
