
About this Event
Caregivers’ Yoga is a class designed for those who dedicate their time and energy to caring for others. No prior experience is necessary! This class emphasizes mindfulness, rest, and self-care, providing a supportive space where caregivers can take time for themselves to recharge and reflect.
Registration Reminder: If you are bringing a support person or caregiver, please ensure you register for two tickets—one for yourself and one for your support person.
What to Expect: This 60-minute class offers a blend of movement, mindfulness, and community support, tailored to the needs of participants. Sessions typically include:
- Gentle, energetic movements to warm up the body
- Rest and relaxation practices to promote deep restoration
- Mindfulness tools such as breathwork or meditationOptional opportunities to share experiences with fellow caregivers create space for connection and support.
Accessibility & Support: Open Up classes are designed to be accessible to people with and without disabilities—everyone is welcome! Our facilitators create a supportive, sensory-inclusive environment and work to meet the unique needs of each participant. Additional Information: We provide mats and supportive props, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Age Requirement: Suitable for ages 18+
All new participants will be asked to sign a waiver, studio agreements and optional photo release upon arrival at the first class. You can read the terms here.
