An open training session for anyone with 6 weeks+ aerial experience. These sessions are not instructor lead but there will always be an instructor on hand for safety, help and support as needed with a maximum of two people per piece of equipment. These sessions are great for working on skills taught in class, building strength and confidence as well as building routines for performance and competition.A minimum number of bookings are required for each session to go ahead, please try not to leave booking until the last minute.
