The open training is a shared spaced for members who’s interested to connect and practice skills they’ve learned or get in some focused training. The open training is not a structured class or a class. However, members will also get advice & assistance from the coaches who may be supervised during each session. We have mats and crash mats provided at the space.

The training space is on the ground floor of The Movement Playground (indoor) with facilities such as toilet and shower room. Parking lots available.
