Our Open System night gives you the opportunity to do just that. Come down with a USB stick with your latest masterpiece on it and we’ll play it back to you at the levels that music deserves to be heard at.

Resonance is a cultural collective with a focus on collaboration between audio, visual and performance artists in Essex. Based around regular workshops of the same name, Resonance’s main aim is to foster a comfortable atmosphere for artists to develop their skills in live performance and installation environments. Whether it’s through the use of workshops, meetups or events, we encourage a diverse membership of budding and experienced artists to create alternative music and art
Hot Box is a quirky, live music venue and bar within Chelmsford railway station’s viaducts. Offering a chilled out vibe, with opportunities for original, local and international bands to perform on stage, with the latest in high quality sound equipment.
Hot Box is situated less than a stones throw from both Chelmsford Train and Bus stations so it couldn't be easier to get too!
