The Ice Center is offering summer roller/deck (sneaker) hockey on Tuesdays during the summer!EVERYONE WITHIN THE RINK AREA MUST BE WEARING A HOCKEY HELMET regardless of what area of the rink floor they are in, the same rules will apply for this summer hockey as they do during skate and shoot sessions when the ice is in.
The rink area will be divided into three spaces with nets set up in each area. Those spaces will be: youth roller hockey, general deck hockey (all ages in sneakers), and adult roller hockey and the areas will be divided using the STHA's rink divider pads (thank you to the Southern Tier Hockey Association (STHA) for letting us use them).
The format and time may change as we move through summer based on demand/attendance, but this is how we are going to start.
The cost will be $10 cash for access to the rink area anytime 530p-730p.
We will also honor skate and shoot punch cards for this as well since the structure will closely resemble skate and shoot.
