Open Studio: Summer Vision Boards

Join Griffin McMath and Jackie Nunnally for a creative workshop held in the days leading up to the Summer Solstice.

While vision boards are often associated with manifestation and goal setting, this workshop approaches them a little differently. The images we surround ourselves with influence what we notice, remember, and move toward. Research suggests that visualization can activate many of the same neural pathways involved in real experiences, while meaningful imagery helps anchor memory and reinforce what we consider important.

Rather than creating a board based solely on aspirations or aesthetics, we'll use this process to gain clarity and direction for the season ahead. Through guided reflection, visualization, and a structured vision board process, you'll identify what deserves your attention, what may need support, and what you want to cultivate moving forward.

The goal is not to create the most beautiful board. The goal is clarity.

You'll leave with a completed vision board, practical next steps, and a visual reminder of what matters most in this season of life.
