Let the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and the gentle hum of nature’s melodies wash over you, melting away tension and restoring inner balance. Surrounded by the historic beauty of Delapré Abbey, this sacred space becomes a sanctuary, where the union of mind, body, and spirit is harmoniously restored amidst the serene ambiance of the walled garden.
What to bring: Yoga mat/self inflating camping mattress, blankets, eye mask, pillow, bolster, warm layers, fluffy socks, water bottle.
Contraindications: Soundbaths are not suitable for pregnant women in first trimester, those with a pacemaker or with sound sensitive epilepsy. If you are unsure whether a soundbath would be suitable, please consult with your specialist.
