The zendo will be open from 9am - 6pm for open sitting. There will be no timed periods. A mondo (Q+A) will be offered by Shugen Roshi in the afternoon from 3pm to 4:30pm. If this is your first time sitting with us, please come at 10am or 1:30pm for beginning instruction.
If you plan to attend the mondo, please arrive early and sit zazen for at least 30 minutes before the mondo begins.
Registration at studiohum.org/programs is encouraged but not required.
