Do you quilt, sew, or embroider? Join fellow sewing enthusiasts for an afternoon of creativity and socializing. We meet in the upstairs Castle ballroom, which is full of sunlight and views of the open fields and Little Neck Bay. Bring a project you're working on and enjoy the community spirit of sewing together!
While this is not a sewing class, beginner seamstresses and quilters are most welcome and will find inspiration and guidance. A limited number of sewing machines are available, so please bring your own if possible. Also, do not feel obligated to sew on a machine — hand work (cross-stitch, embroidery, knitting, crocheting, etc.) is always welcome!
