Summer Book Post Party at Plano American Legion (510 E. Dearborn Street in Plano) to award prizes and food to those who have the orange Open Roads ABATE Summer Book. For buying the book you are eligible for the raffle prizes, games, and food. If you have 46 regular stamps and at least one bonus stamp, you are eligible for the cash prizes. Drinks are available for purchase at the Legion bar. Books MUST BE TURNED in by 4 pm to be eligible for prizes.
