What would Melling be without a church at its heart?
As you may know the Church are currently undergoing a consultation process to explore the closure of St Wilfrid’s.
An Open Community Meeting will be held to discuss this on Saturday 17th January 11am - 12.30pm in Melling Institute. All welcome.
We are a group of individuals from the community interested in working to preserve and save St Wilfrid’s Church as an important community & heritage asset. We see the church as an important part of our village and community.
If you have ideas about what you can do and would like to share your thoughts please come along.
