OPEN PRANAYAM & MEDITATION CLASS
Led by: Yogi and Teacher Seth Brown
Breathwork (pranayam) and meditation (Dhyana) are the focus of this class. This class is 60 minutes (1hr) and will begin with a guided pranayam practice and introduction to the day's meditation. Students who attend this portion of the practice are encouraged to stay for the whole duration.
Following the guided pranayam and breathwork, the session will be devoted to silent meditation. Students are free to come and go as they please during this portion of the practice. Students may practice the meditation of the day, or their own meditation. This portion will be self-guided, so silence and studio etiquette are essential to maintaining a positive space for the practice.

- Please arrive a few minutes before 9:30am so you can have to time to check in and set up.
- Open to any and all skill levels, this class is a combination of breathwork and meditation.
