Step into Human Aeon (www.humanaeon.org), a wellness sanctuary designed to help you reconnect with yourself and our community. Our space is dedicated to restoration, resilience, and transformation, integrating breathwork, cold therapy, sauna, and movement practices to support your well-being.
On Saturday, April 19, Human Aeon is inviting Living LA & OC Members to join an evening of pure rejuvenation—no schedule, no expectations, just time to unwind and be present. Whether you're here to take the plunge, sweat it out in the sauna, or simply enjoy great company, this social is all about community and connection.
