As the Holiday Season approaches, and we look to open our hearts in these challenging times, please join us for a Workshop aimed at opening and strengthening the Heart at a special holiday price of $59.95.
The workshop will be held on Saturday 12/16/23 @11am-2pm in a beautiful VIVE YOGA center at 1550 Hendricks Ave., JAX, FL 32207
WORKSHOP TOPIC:
1)We will focus on opening the soul communication center - our HEART, the receiver of information!
2)We will explore the Science Open Question #1 – WHAT IS THE UNIVERSE MADE OF - and how this knowledge can deepen and maintain the awareness of our open hearts?
3)We will also learn the LAW of DETACHMENT, which will help release the unfulfilled mind desires, so we can live from our hearts and manifest the heart desires.
4)We will learn sacred heart mudra used in Qigong meditation to enhance the flow of qi (energy) in the heart.
5)We will learn secret code and sacred mantra used in Qigong meditation to induce the present moment and enhance the heart-soul communication.
6)We will learn a simple and powerful qigong movement, which will help us maintain the awareness of our open heart.
7)We will practice specific breathwork design to release traumatic events.
