Are you a musician, singer, slam poet, or performer? Come perform at an open mic at The Canvas: Sydenham hosted by George McNaughton Ellis!
We would be happy to showcase your talents, whatever they may be! We have a microphone ready for you. We hope to provide a community platform to share special talents, new ideas, and each other's company. You could perform your own songs or cover some of your favorite tunes -- it's all up to you! Hosted by George McNaughton Ellis, local musician, barista and all round beautiful human, come gather with George as he and his musician friends perform new material and old classics - from folk to indie to singer songwriter, be prepared to experience all the feelz in this evening almost as beautiful, sensitive and enjoyable as its host. Almost.
