We are beyond excited to invite you to an inspiring and heartfelt evening at our 🎤 mindX open mic spoken word experience! 🎤Join us on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the beautiful Catrinas Cyprus.
✨ What to Expect ✨
- Connection & Networking: Arrive early to mingle, enjoy music, drinks, and delicious food. Sign up for our open mic raffle for a chance to share your inner voice!
- Open Mic Session: Selected at random, signed-up speakers will enchant us with their poetry and spoken word (3 minutes per speaker for one piece).
- Live Music: Be moved by the soulful tunes of our talented cellist.
- Booked Speakers: Hear from our special guest poets, authors and speakers.
- Closing Ceremony: Vote for the Best Open Mic Speaker, and enjoy special announcements from our organisers.

- 6:00-6:45 PM: Arrivals, Connection & Speakers sign-ups
- 6:45-7:30 PM: Speaking Session 1 – Open Mic
- 7:30-8:00 PM: Live Music & Connection
- 8:00-8:45 PM: Speaking Session 2 – Booked Speakers
- 8:45-9:00 PM: Closing
🎤 Information for speakers interested to take part in the Open Mic Session:
- We use an all-raffle sign-up process. Sign-ups open at 6:00pm when doors open & close at 6:45pm when the show starts. Speakers must be present to sign up for the Open Mic session.
- Signing a raffle ticket does not guarantee you’ll be selected.
- mindX open mic spoken word experience is a poetry and spoken word only open mic. Unless otherwise mentioned, music, comedy, or singing performances are not included.
- Please respect the process & time limits to ensure the best experience for everyone.
🎟 Your ticket includes a complimentary alcoholic drink/cocktail. Food and additional drinks are available for purchase from Catrinas Cyprus.
🅿️ Parking: Limited parking available at the venue. Plan ahead for nearby parking options.

What's the refund & cancellation policy?
In the event that you are unable to attend an event, you can elect to transfer your ticket to another person by informing us by email (email address below) at least 7 days before the event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring either your printed ticket or present your ticket on your mobile device upon arrival.
