Write your best Haiku, Senryƫ, Tanka...
Feeling confused?
Haiku: 5-7-5 syllables. Generally about nature
Senryƫ: 5-7-5 syllables. About human foibles, often cynical or darkly humorous
Tanka: 5-7-5-7-7 syllables. About love, passion, life & death, nature
And for the night, our Exquisite Corpse will take the shape of a 'renga', or collaborative verse.
Open Mic will follow.

Prompts for the night:
Write your best haiku including the kigo (season word) related to spring: 'spring melancholy', 'hazy moon', 'muddy road', 'cats in love', 'forget-me-not' or 'sleepy Buddha'.
For each haiku, you can use only one season word. Remember to surprise us with a humorous or unexpected twist in your final line.
