How would you like to express your musical talent? That’s what happens with Open Mic Night, every first Thursday of the month at 7 pm. There’s talent, creativity, emotion, connection, courage, and fun! All are welcome to sing, play – or just enjoy the music!There are two ways you can participate:
IN-PERSON in the Fellowship Hall
There will be a sign-up sheet available on Thursday – everyone is invited to select a song to play/sing or accompany others. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Unity will provide a PA with inputs for instruments and USB as well as microphones, so individuals can choose to use instruments, play solo, or sing along to recorded music.
VIA PRE-RECORDED VIDEO
Send a video recording of your performance to the [email protected] by the Sunday before the third Thursday. Recording will be played during on site but will not be streamed.
Your file will likely be too large for emailing, so you’ll need to send it another way. People have had good results with wetransfer.com, a free service. Contact David at [email protected], or Dan at [email protected], if you need help making or sending us your recording.
Our Open Mic Night is open to all comers, so feel free to tell others and encourage them to add their voices. This event is a lot of fun.
