UPDATE! --->>> Steve's 1st open mic on 4/8 planted some solid seeds in the local songwriter community! The evening saw a whole host of songcrafters sharing their own beautiful music and voices. It was a treat for players, listeners, and even the Pub staff! Here's hoping this original tunes trend continues at the next open mic. xoSteve Noonan is enjoying the long and winding road through his musical life. He's looking forward to swapping tales and songs with other veteran and budding songwriters as host of the Pub's open mic series.
Early on, Steve wrote the first hit song for the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band “Buy For Me The Rain” – in 1967! He went on to record an LP on Elektra Records. An early mentor to teen high school pal Jackson Browne, they’ve occasionally performed and hung together over the years.
Steve has played concerts across the world, for over 55 years. He's shared billings with: Bonnie Raitt, Emmylou Harris, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Ramblin’ Jack Elliott, Jackson Browne, Brownie McGee & Sonny Terry, Jr Wells and Buddy Guy, Steve Gillett, Arlo Guthrie, Hoyt Axton, Tim Buckley, and others.
Steve loves sharing his music, and looks forward to performing for those who love a good song and thoughtful lyrics.
Steve also loves the art of song craft, and facilitating that experience for new and emerging songwriters. Come on down and sign up to play, or just enjoy some good music!

About the venue:
Wild Eye Pub is an all-ages event venue, with a restaurant and bar: freshly crafted local & organic food, full bar with regional brews and craft spirits, and nightly events in a comfy 'supper club' style with an easy vibe.
This event is on our large dining room stage. Seating/service starts 30 min ahead, "supper club" style: Table service of food/drinks is (quietly) offered before & during the event.
Reservations are suggested - we'll have your table all set with your name on it. You can leave a message for reservations by phone or email, 24/7. Or, drop by.
We don't "turn over tables" 2-3 times each night like other restaurants; you can keep your table for the whole show. There is no cover for this event, but tipping the open mic host is very appreciated. Thank you for supporting artists!
Pub has 30+ free parking spots. More parking is at Mill & McCourtney, a 2-min walk. Across from the Pub, French Ave has parking on both sides. Carpool when you can. :)
