Open Mat: Saturday Stretch & Zen Fest!
Roll out your mat and roll into a blissful Saturday at our Open Mat yoga session! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious newbie this free flow is your ticket to weekend zen.

- Mindfulness practises such as deep breathwork and meditation

Schedule:
Week 1: Chakra Yoga Asanas Description:
Practice of specific asanas that target balancing of the 7 chakras.
Week 2: Cyclic Meditation:
A meditation technique that depends the connect with your body
Week 3: Peak Posture Class
One Advance Asana will be selected as a peak posture. Complementary asanas will be practiced to help the practitioner reach the peak posture.
Week 4: Hatha Vinyasa for Hip Opening
A flow including hatha asanas aimed at opening up the hips.
Bring your own mat water and a sprinkle of enthusiasm. Leave with newfound flexibility and a smile that'll last till Monday (we can't promise about Tuesday though).
There will be a nominal registration fees that will be applicable towards any HeyBrewty product you wish to purchase. This is to avoid no-shows.
