Open Level West African Dance Tuesday South Studio 8-9pm with Nikko Snow
Immerse yourself in the rhythms of West African dance and drumming! Explore the roots of Jazz, Hip Hop and Tap while engaging in lively, high-energy movements. Feel the pulse in your body while staying relaxed and connected to the ground or add a lighter element to the dance by leaping. Above all, experience the joy of dance while finding your own groove to the beautiful infectious drum beats. This is an open level class and everyone is welcome! Generally, dancers wear cool, comfortable clothing and dance in bare feet. Dancers are also encouraged to bring water bottles.
