Traditional Martial Arts Self Defense
Come join us for a hands-on experience in learning traditional martial arts self-defense techniques at our event located at 2014 Murray Ave.
Effective self-defense skills start with awareness and confidence. Awareness, confidence, and skill can be developed over time with consistency and practice. This hour long class will start to lay the foundation to develop lasting self-defense ability while also teaching you the fundamentals for building a high level of physical and mental fitness.
The greater your mental fitness, the more awareness you have and the calmer you stay in high pressure situations
The greater physcial fitness you have, the more endurance you have and the more effective your technique.
Here are some of the concepts that will be covered:
- Learn to turn a situation around; take control.
- Develop the habit of personal power, freedom, & control
- Learn how to defend against common attacks
- Repeat simple and effective techniques to make them instinctual
