We invite you to embark on a flavourful journey through the diverse landscapes of Middle Eastern cuisine. With influences from Moroccan, Tunisian, Lebanese, and Mediterranean food cultures, Middle Eastern cuisine is a delightful melting pot of flavours and traditions. Our instructor will be your guide as you explore a range of techniques and recipes that reflect the vibrant regional flavours of the Middle East. After the cooking is complete, take off your apron and savour the results of your labour with a glass of wine. Perfect for the beginner to intermediate home cook.
