Welcome to our community gathering that brings together musicians, performers, and artists of all kinds for impromptu jamming, dancing, and unscripted acts of live art.
Our weekly jam sessions are a place where musicians, singers, and music lovers come together to create, collaborate, and have fun. Whether you're a seasoned performer or just starting out, all levels of experience are welcome in our relaxed, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere.
We provide a house PA and basic backline, but feel free to bring your own instruments and equipment. The event takes place every Monday night in the lower level of One and One, a cozy bar located in the heart of the Lower East Side, where we offer discounted drinks for all performers and host live painting.
We also have a recording studio where you can record your own music!
Our goal is to recapture the creativity and energy of New York's LES underground movement of the 1990s, when diverse influences came together in a safe sanctuary to express themselves freely, interact, exchange ideas, and create harmoniously.
