💥 RESPONSIBILITIES 💥
• Receive, sort and price clothing and hard goods for sales floor as instructed by managers
• Keep sales floor organized and appealing to customers
• Greet and assist customers and donors
• Use cash register to ring up customer purchases
• Assist with trash hauling to dumpster as needed
• Assist truck driver with unloading goods from truck deliveries
• Assist in moving donated goods throughout store after processing
• Maintain cooperative unity between store staff and volunteers
💥 QUALIFICATIONS 💥
🌟 Skills and Abilities:
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
• Self-motivated
• Willing to learn and be flexible in fast-paced environment
• Loyal to co-workers, volunteers, and management
• Punctual, dependable attendance history
• Retail store experience (Thrift Store preferred)
• Customer service experience
🌟 Physical:
• Sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform job functions
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Manipulate, handle, and control items or equipment
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and volunteers
• Be able to read, write, and interpret written documents
