About this Event
Each year, we host an Emerging Leaders' Retreat for early career professionals to learn about leadership and get inspiration from life stories of others. The retreat includes a panel discussion followed by a social activity and networking event with Houston leaders.
- Afternoon activity session with the Speakers and OPEN Houston Charter Members!
- Admission is $30 for Young Professionals and Students (Under 30) and $50 for Senior Leaders and Coaches. A ticket and includes breakfast, lunch and 4 hours of activity and networking.
- Farah Ahmed is a Managing Director & Partner in Boston Consulting Group’s Houston office. She has been with BCG since 2015 and specializes in energy and other B2B industries in several topics including strategy, commercial growth, sales, marketing, and change management. She helps lead BCG Houston’s Social Impact work in food banks across North America and local Houston institutions such as Houston Food Bank, of which she became a member of the board in 2024, and United Way of Greater Houston. She has led efforts internally related to career development, Women@BCG, and the Asian Diversity Network. Prior to BCG, Farah worked for BP, supporting assets in North America and Brazil. Farah received her MBA from Harvard Business School in 2015 and BBA in Corp Finance from UT Austin in 2010. She has three children (5, 3, 6 mo.) and loves every minute with her high energy crew!
