Join us at Luz Art Gallery, 548 W 28th St suite 528, Chelsea, Manhattan for an exciting opportunity to learn more about private art lessons with artist-educator Rachel Neikirk and get feedback on your portfolio. Private art lessons are ideal for:
-precocious young artists who are ready to learn more advanced creative techniques than what is typically taught in school-based art classes
-students at the middle or high school level who are preparing a portfolio for admission to an arts high school or university
-adults who want to pursue an individualized course of artistic study or learn on their own timetable
If this sounds like you or your child, stop by to meet the artist and find out if private art lessons are right for you! Feel free to bring your portfolio (print or digital) / samples of your artwork for review and advice. Rachel will be excited to meet you, check out your artwork, and answer any questions you might have.
Private art lessons are offered by Rachel Neikirk, professional artist and art educator. Her silk painting exhibition “Eden Restored” debuted at Luz Art New York and is now on display in Paris, France. She has an MA in Art Education from the University of Florida and has taught art in K-12 schools, camps, private lessons, and workshops for all ages.
