Open House Hong Bao Media

Hong Bao Media conducts media- and public speaking coaching in our own TV studio in the Central Business District.

We would like to showcase the studio for the SGC Open House by producing a live webcast where visitors are the presenters and production crew. We will teach participants how to use the cameras, lights, microphones, vision mixer and audio desks, and produce a real webcast.

This is an abbreviated version of the same team building workshop that won us Silver at the HR Vendor of the Year Awards 2023 for Best Team Building Provider.

Programme:

2.00 pm Welcome, Introduction, and Facilities Tour

2.15 pm Assignment of Roles, including:

• Cameraman (3)
• Lighting
• Audio floor manager
• Director/ vision mixer
• Sound mixer
• Producer
• Presenter (2)

2.30 pm Production Meeting, including:

• Training in using the equipment
• Presenting on camera
• Editorial meeting with presenters

3.00 pm Live Webcast Starts

3.20 pm Review of Live Webcast

3.40 pm Q&A + Refreshments
