Take care of your Emotions with Body & Brain in December!
Are the winter holidays an emotionally trying time for you? Maintaining emotional health is an essential life skill that can help you sail through many challenging human experiences. Body & Brain’s classes are infused with mindfulness training, from techniques as simple as body tapping to get your brain’s attention, to meditation that promotes emotional calm. We also offer in-depth workshops to help you develop mastery over your emotions.
