Join the instructors of the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute for a make-your-own-pizza party, explore our state-of-the-art facilities, and learn about our 6-month certificate program. If you love food, our accelerated and completely unique program can fast-track your career and broaden your network. Financial assistance available.

Make your own pizza in our baking & pastry kitchen, learning new skills with our chef-instructors Rebecca Klaskala, Kent LeVan and Matt Serkes. We will be leading campus tours throughout the event, where you can see NOCHI's teaching kitchens, classrooms, and event spaces. Questions about your application? Not sure where to start?
