From 10 am to 2 pm, join us for an enjoyable day of exploring our space, meeting our team, engaging in FREE activities for all ages, and finding second hand books.You will also have an opportunity to buy homemade Madeleines by The Gouter, a new French woman owned small business in San Diego.
Program of activities:
10 am - 2:00 pm:
Book fair (second hand books and DVDs- donate what you want)
Art exhibition
Placement tests to evaluate your level of French
Raffle to win gifts such as a Family membership, a cooking class, tickets to the Festival days, and more!
10 am- 11 am: Art/craft class for kids
10 am - 12 pm: Scents and flavor workshop with Lili
11 am: Everything you need to know about French Certifications DELF and TCF
11 am- 11.30 pm: Cursive writing workshop for kids
12 pm-12:30 pm: L'heure du conte (2-5 years old)
12:30- 1 pm: presentation of a selection of books by our Library coordinator
1 pm: tour of the art exhibition
